Six Week Defense Camp for Teens

Hey there! Guess what? You don’t need any prior experience to join us. Whether you’re a total newbie to martial arts or just curious, this camp is perfect for you. By the time it’s over, you’ll have picked up some cool new skills to show off. So, don’t worry if it’s your first time – we’re all about learning and having fun together!

WHO: 13 to 18 years old

WHEN: April 20th to May 25th, on Saturdays at 9 am

WHERE: 2nd Gear Jiu Jitsu at 8730 Cherry Ln, Laurel, MD

HOW: Each week, you will learn specific techniques that can maximize your leverage and power to minimize the effect of an opponent’s strength as well as tactics for avoiding danger altogether.
